What are the features that can be assigned to sub-accounts?
A sub-account operating under the owner account will have the following features:
- Edit company information
- Project creation and/or Project management
- See Invoices and/or Contracts
- Add and/or Remove a sub-account
- Make a payment and/or Flag a payment as done
- See all company Contacts
- Start a chat

Sub-accounts can be assigned responsibilities including project lead, a project editing feature and a feature to view the project chat.

Yes! The brand owner account, admin accounts, and sub accounts with the appropriate permission will be able to edit the project responsibilities.

Upon project creation, there will be a section named "project users". Opening that section you will have the option to add sub-accounts to the project and assign for each one of them project editing or view chat features.
What are the features of an owner account?
A brand owner account on Creativesapp will have access to all the permissions on behalf of the brand. This includes editing company information, creating, managing, and assigning projects, as well as adding and removing admin or sub-accounts.
Is account approval needed for each brand's sub-account?
No, as long as the brand owner account has been approved by Creativesapp, all its sub-accounts will be automatically approved.
