What information do I need to upload during a project?
When creating a new project on Creativesapp you will need to upload details on the project. These include project dates, location, list of creatives and specific clauses that you wish to insert in our auto-generated contracts.
Can I add creatives directly from a casting list to a project?
Yes, after creating a project and saving the basic information, you will be able to add a casting list to the project. This will automatically add the creatives part of the casting list to the project.
How can I assign a project to a specific sub-account?
Upon project creation, there will be a section named "project users". Opening that section you will have the option to add sub-accounts to the project and assign for each one of them project editing or view chat features.
What are the different features I can assign to each sub-account working on a project?
Sub-accounts can be assigned responsibilities including project lead, a project editing feature and a feature to view the project chat.
Can I assign a project to multiple sub-accounts on Creativesapp?
Yes! The brand owner account, admin accounts, and sub accounts with the appropriate permission will be able to edit the project responsibilities.
